My work is based on the abstract reflection of positive energy. Artwork that evolves in concept, color, message or intention, with a connecting thread of optimism. A collection centered on the human subject and motivated by the desire to secure the possibility of both knowledge and morality against the threats of skepticism and determinism. These collections are in part created to either highlight the hidden gravitational draw we have to certain ideas on the structure of time, color or mood. Or to elevate the value of the human subject or character. Balancing vibrant tones and imagery, I paint to create a sense of energetic serenity. A desire to ask questions and possibly challenge mindset. Geometric or lineal shapes dominate one collection, while a more whimsical character is another, or a sophisticated abstract profile creates a third style in which all are designed to bring logic and significance to the subject matter.

As a multimedia artist using a majority of oil pastel, acrylic and oil on canvas, I include the occasional use of metal, lucite or metallic leafing.

Within each of the multidimensional genre I create, the overall thread is compassion and passing information to provoke thought. Relationships in its abstract expression and the vibrant connection to the energy and intelligence around us through the magnitude of strength, color and light.

My message adapts, evolves and becomes more clear year after year.
I don't follow the crowd. I lead my own way. Never sit idle in thought or process. I am an artist committed to humanity and justice. Delivering truth and curating information through visual arts.
